A new development is planned to be built along West Sacramento riverfront. It’s being called an urban resort — an oasis on the river.
It will have a swimming pool, condos, hotel, and a restaurant. It will go up between Tower Bridge and the Ziggurat Building.
The plan to break ground this fall, and finish by 2022.
KCRA reports, project renderings from Fulcrum Property show two 7-story buildings with a spacious courtyard in between. The courtyard has a swimming pool, a restaurant space and a path that leads to a paved trail along the river.
