This is science people!
A study out of Australia has found people who regularly go to concerts are happier with their lives overall than those who don’t. Wow!! The survey of 1,000 people found that people who went to any kind of musical event said they were pretty satisfied with their lives on a lot bigger scale than those who didn’t. Basically, they studied the connection between habitual music engagement and subjective well being and found the key ingredient to adding happiness was the communal part. They say there is a lot of joy in experiencing music with others.
Now you’ve got a few more reasons to go see some of your favorite artists when they’re in Sacramento!
