Alek Skarlatos, Anthony Sadler and Spencer Stone are back in Sacramento. The three men spent Sunday at the Shiloh Baptist Church where the church prayed over them. The pastor also told parishioners that only God knew what would happen on that train saying, “That He would take three unlikely characters from Sacramento, California, bring them all the way across the continents and have them on that train to do his work. Only God knew.”
Skarlotos, Sadler and Stone say faith plays a big role in their life, which also comes across in the movie. Skarlotos said, “…on the train, there were so many things that came into play that it just couldn’t be chance, there had to be God or something looking over us because there is no way that all happened by coincidence.”
The trio also kicked off the promotional tour for the movie “The 15:17 to Paris,” which they star in and was directed by Clint Eastwood, with an advance screening last night. The movie hits theaters February 9th.
