Sacramento Shops Helping Ukrainian Refugees

Are you going out this weekend? There are a number of Sacramento businesses that using their proceeds to help Ukranian refugees.

Ginger Elizabeth Chocolates is selling special chocolate boxes, with proceeds benefitting chef Jose Andres’ World Central Kitchen, which has been feeding thousands of Ukrainians at the borders to Romania, Poland, Hungary and Moldova.

Freeport Bakery is selling Ukrainian flag cookies for $2.95 each and sending the proceeds to a charity called Bstrong. When they run out of cookies, they will make cupcakes that will benefit the same cause.
