Sacramento Kings Take A Pledge

Earlier this week the Kings released the “Sacramento Kings Pledge to Our Black Community” –

“A commitment to help combat social and racial injustice and invest in meaningful change. In solidarity with communities across the country, we are proud to continue our commitment to utilize our platform to influence social and systemic change to address institutional racism. This pledge is was developed after a series of extensive conversations conducted by our team members over recent weeks, both internally and externally, and builds on your collective work and partnership in the community and beyond. We couldn’t do this work without your support, input and collaboration.”

They also released a two-minute video that calls for unity and action, which features players from the Sacramento Kings and Minnesota.
