Sacramento Holding Free Museum Day This Saturday
Sacramento is once again hosting its Free Museum Day, offering visitors free admission to dozens of different museums in the Sacramento area.

Sacramento is hosting its Free Museum Day again for families this Saturday.
According to KCRA 3, over two dozen museums in the Sacramento area will be offering free admission to guests. Free Museum Day is Sacramento’s effort to offer everyone in the community access to the area’s art, history, science and wildlife. The event is coordinated by Sacramento Area Museums, a collective of various museums that partners with Visit Sacramento. Free Museum Day is the start of Sacramento Museum Week, which includes special events and activities at different museums. Additionally, several local restaurants are teaming up with Free Museum Day, offering discounts and special deals to museum visitors.
