‘Roseanne’ has officially been picked up for an 11th season. As if there was any doubt after the show premiered to massive ratings.

Deadline is reporting the next season will be 13 episodes, up from the revival season’s 9 episodes.

“We’re thrilled that America has welcomed the Conner family back into their homes,” said Channing Dungey, president of ABC Entertainment. “The show is as fresh and relevant today as it was when it left the air 21 years ago. We can’t wait to see what the ‘Roseanne’ team has in store for next year.”

The ratings avalanche apparently took Hollywood by surprise.

“While nostalgia was expected to bring in eyeballs, no one predicted such a huge turnout on premiere night for the blue-collar family sitcom with a Donald Trump-supporting protagonist, especially among the younger demographic,” Deadline reported. “But then, few predicted that Trump would become the Republican nominee and would win the presidential election when he first announced his candidacy.”
