Luann de Lesseps stuck a plea deal to avoid jail time in her battery and disorderly intoxication case in Florida.

The charges go back to her drunken Christmas Eve meltdown when the Real Housewives of New York City star kicked a police officer at a Palm Beach hotel. She pleaded guilty to three charges: battery, disorderly intoxication and trespassing.

E News reports that yesterday, a judge signed off on her plea deal with includes 50 hours of community service, attend two Alcohol Anonymous meetings a week, attend Victim Impact Classes by Mothers Against Drunk Drivers and pay $866 in court fees. She will also be required to submit to random testing throughout her year-long probation.

The police officer who was the victim of Luann’s swift kick also received an apology letter, which was required by the court.

The 53-year-old reality TV star checked herself into rehab shortly after – and again in July after being sued by her kids and ex-husband.
