Starbucks made an official announcement that customers can now sit in stores without making any purchases.

This policy change comes in response to the incident that happened last month in Philadelphia. Two African-American men were arrested in a Starbucks for not buying anything while they waited for their friend.

Along with the new policy, Starbucks is also closing all U.S. locations during the afternoon on May 29 for racial-bias training.

According to the coffee chain’s official release, all customers are now “welcome to use Starbucks spaces, including our restrooms, cafes and patios, regardless of whether they make a purchase.”

So that means the next time you need to use a restroom, you can pop right into a Starbucks guilt-free. Not to mention, you can also sit and use your computer without having to buy anything.

The only stipulations are: use the spaces as intended, be considerate of other guests, communicate respect, and act responsibly.
