According to TMZ, the actor has been arrested by police for several armed robberies in the San Fernando Valley.
Sources say Hicks and his girlfriend would approach people and pull a gun on them. He would then demand their money, as well as other valuables like cellphones and jewelry.
During his crime spree, Hicks committed four to five robberies, and two of his victims were elderly women in their 70s. A SWAT team brought him into police custody on Wednesday after raiding his home.
While this may seem shocking, this isn’t the first time the actor has had trouble with the law. He actually has two prior arrests on his record, and both were in LA last year, reports TMZ.
One charge was for firing a gun, and the other was for battery. However, both cases never got far in court due to lack of evidence.
