Former Backstreet Boy Nick Carter is facing more sexual misconduct allegations…

While the singer was facing two accusations of rape earlier this year, Radar Online is now revealing a new case from 2003 that never went public.

According to a police report, a girl in 2003 was claiming that a 23-year-old Carter had sex with her while she was between the age of 12 and 16. The alleged victim, known as A.J. in the report, had spent a few months at Carter’s house. During that time, she and Nick had sex on three separate occasions, sometimes after she had become very intoxicated.

She also admitted to having sex with Nick’s 15-year-old brother, Aaron, as well. When questioned by police later, Aaron admitted that he and Nick really did have sex with A.J.

However, as it turns out, A.J. led the entire Carter family to believe she was 18 while staying with them. She also admitted that Nick never used force during any of their encounters, and all sex was consensual.

The Assistant State Attorney eventually decided not to pursue the case. Due to the fact she had lied about her age, his report stated:

“A.J. was able to travel far from home with no supervision, with her own money and stay for weeks at a time… for those reasons alone … any reasonable person would believe that she were at least that age.”

Nick Carter did not respond to Radar Online‘s request for comments.
