Nicholas Cage Set To Star As The Next Spider-Man
Turns out that none other than Nicholas Cage is set to be the next Spider-Man! This isn’t the first time that he’s playing a superhero.

Turns out that none other than Nicholas Cage is set to be the next Spider-Man! Yes, we’re serious.
Well, he won’t exactly be donning the skin-tight suit, though. He’ll be voicing Spider-Man Noir in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. This film won’t be canon within the Marvel universe, as it is a separate franchise.

The movie follows the story of a multi-verse with different dimensions. Each one holds a different Spider-Man. The Noir version takes place in during the Great Depression in America in the 1930s. This will be an interesting, darker take on your typical Spider-Man narrative.
Looks like Cage is having a bit of fun voicing superheroes lately. NME reports that he’s also been confirmed to play Superman in Teen Titans Go! To the Movies.
