‘Tiger King’ on Netflix has captured our attention in the past weeks, providing a much needed distraction from the coronavirus lockdown. As we shelter in place, many of us are turning to our TVs for entertainment. ‘Tiger King’, is a true-crime story centering around Joseph Moldonado-Passage, AKA Joe Exotic, a roadside zoo owner in Oklahoma. The seven-episode hit and its cast of misfit characters gets more and more bizarre with each episode. As the show concludes we leave with Joe Exotic serving 22 years in prison on animal welfare charges and a murder-for-hire plot to kill his arch-nemesis, big cat activist Carole Baskin.

Not so fast.

According to zoo owner Jeff Lowe from the show, Netflix is releasing an extra episode of the show. He reveals the details in a cameo video posted on Twitter by Los Angeles Dodgers Justin Turner, according to Variety.

“Netflix is adding one more episode. It will be on next week. They’re filming here tomorrow,” Lowe said.

Netflix has not commented on Lowe’s announcement.
