New Cracker Barrel In Sacramento Opening Delayed

We’re going to have to wait a little longer for that down home cookin’.

If you’ve driven down Howe Avenue lately, you probably got pretty excited at the sight of Sacramento’s first ever Cracker Barrel rise from a leveled parking lot. It’s a pretty big deal.

Unfortunately, instead of the much anticipated mid-June opening, those doors won’t be swinging open until mid-August.

Cracker Barrel’s corporate communications manager, Breanna Straessle, told The Sacramento Bee that the weather is to blame. There were construction delays.

We’re just going to have to wait a little while longer for that down home cookin’.
