We LOVE this! A show about the life of Selena Quintanilla just got the greenlight! Get details about Selena: The Series coming to Netflix.
MSN.com says that Netflix just ordered Selena: The Series and they say that it will be a scripted show based on Selena’s life. Selena’s life was cut short when she was murdered by the president of her fan club. Her music has gone on to touch new generations of fans so we’re so happy that people will get to know her life story!

Selena’s sister, Suzette Quintanilla, said:
“With this series, viewers will finally get the full history of Selena, our family, and the impact she has had on all of our lives.”
Details are still coming in on the new series. So we don’t know how many episodes were ordered or when the show will premiere, but we’ll be watching FOR SURE!
