You Only Need To Eat This One Vegetable To Be Healthy

If you hate eating veggies or your kids hate them, stop torturing yourself (and them) by trying to find new ways to cook several veggies. Turns out, all you need to eat is one vegetable to be healthy! …BROCCOLI.

That’s because broccoli promotes healthy gut bacteria, which helps your immune system.  And healthy gut bacteria has even been linked to a lower risk of mental-health issues. Broccoli is in the same family as kale, cauliflower, and brussel sprouts, which have also been linked to lower rates of cancer.  Especially colon cancer and lung cancer. It could also have to do with a compound called sulforaphane, which has been found to be able to stop a certain enzyme that helps cancer cells grow. (WOW)!

But, that’s not all! Broccoli also has a ton of vitamin K in it, which helps you absorb calcium and makes your bones stronger.
