Attention all movie goers, We’ve got good news! According to our partners at KCRA3, movie theaters will begin to reopen in California but with one catch… limited seating. Theaters will begin opening later this week limiting their capacity to 25% with no more than 100 people under state guidance.

Other businesses have began to open such as restaurants, salons, and more but now theaters! How exciting! The state recommended that theaters implement the reservation system with arrival times and designated seats so attendees can still practice social distancing and attendees should still wear face mask in any area of the theater. Another strategy the state suggested was disposable or washable seat covers for all seats and to prop open doors so attendees won’t have to touch any handles.

What do you think of the new theater regulations?
