Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth got one past us – they had a secret wedding on Sunday before Christmas, which is a hard secret to keep these days.

Well, it’s official. They did it. After dating for almost 10 years (mostly), Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have tied the knot.
The wedding happened on Sunday, two days before Christmas. It was a secret wedding, which these days is an impressive thing to pull off. In a world of social media and paparazzi, being able to sneeze without making internet attention is a feat. Props to them for being able to maintain a secret. Pictures started popping up on Monday though, and she confirmed the news yesterday on her own Instagram.
The two met on the set of a movie in 2009. They were engaged in 2012, but called it off in 2013 and split up for a little while. They got back together a couple years later in 2015. The following year, she announced that they were once again engaged. At the private wedding, both of her parents were in attendance. The wedding was held at her home in Franklin, Tennessee. The two had plans to marry in their Malibu home, but they lost that house in the fire last month.
