The women of McDonald’s are fed up. Female employees in 10 cities across the US are taking a stand against what they say call widespread sexual harassment by coworkers and superiors. As a result, a massive walk out is being staged to highlight their struggle and call on the company to take action.

The strike has been schedule to coincide with the lunch rush hour in San Francisco, LA, Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis, Miami, Milwaukee, New Orleans, Orlando, and Durham, North Carolina. Furthermore, this will be the first-ever nationwide walkout protest of sexual harassment, according to TMZ.

According to a press release on the strike, the group maintains that the company “has failed to address groping, lewd comments, propositions for sex and other illegal behavior in its stores.” Therefore, employees are demanding mandatory sexual harassment training for managers and better enforcement of its “zero-tolerance” harassment policy.

The #MeToo McDonald’s walk out is being backed by the advocacy group Fight for $15, and the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund.
