The iPhone X sold within minutes of going on sale overnight. Pre-orders started at 12:01 a.m. PT for those who REALLY wanted to get their hands on the phone Apple’s CEO Tim Cook called the “biggest leap forward since the original iPhone.”
But don’t worry, if you were busy sleeping, you can still get your hands on the phone. The iPhone X will be available in stores starting next Friday, November 3rd. The iPhone X is the most expensive phone on the market, starting at $999 for 64-gigs and 1149 for the 256 gig. Why so expensive? What is this “big leap forward?” Well, it has an edge-to-edge OLED screen, Face ID to unlock the phone and a tru-depth camera that allows you take selfies with portrait mode and comes with a portrait lighting feature.
