How To Help The Family Of Deputy Brian Ishmael

El Dorado County Sheriff’s Deputy Brian Ishmael, 37, was killed on Wednesday morning, in the line of duty. He had worked for the sheriff’s office for four years. Before that, he spent two years with the Placerville Police Department and his community is working to honor him.

“Brian worked in this community and lived in this community. He was personable, easy to talk to, kind and always positive,” Sheriff John D’Agostini said. “He never had a bad day. He was a loving father and husband.”
