The August Mobility report is out putting Sacramento at #22 in the nation for worst traffic.
Our media partner, KCRA, reports the time spent in traffic is getting longer and more expensive for Sacramento-area commuters, according to the newest Urban Mobility Report released this month by Texas A&M’s Transportation Institute.
You spend 59 hours a year sitting in traffic in Sacramento
The report explains, traffic delays cost you an estimated $1,022 per year, including an extra 24 gallons of gas.
If you’re trying to save time and money DON’T get on the roads between 3-5pm. The worst hour for the entire week is Friday at 4pm.
