Turkey: You shouldn’t eat the turkey more than three to four days after it was cooked, But leftover turkey is easily frozen, and stored up to three months in the freezer. According to these guidelines, any leftover turkey in your fridge right now should be thrown out by tonight, at the latest..so hurry up and eat it.
Gravy: Refrigerated homemade gravy is OK to eat for one to two, but it will last two to three months in the freezer.
