The house from the popular Nickelodeon show “Drake & Josh” is on the market!
The San Fernando Valley place show producers used for exterior shots is up for $1.85 million. It’s got 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, a tennis court and a pool.
“Drake & Josh,” which starred Drake Bell, Josh Peck and Miranda Cosgrove, aired from 2004-07.
The show lasted four seasons.
