Goodness gracious, it seems like secret marriages are the trend lately! First Michelle Williams, then potentially Robin Wright, and now Hilary Swank.

The actress married Philip Schneider in a beautiful outdoor ceremony in the Saint Lucia Preserve in Carmel, CA. Swank wore a dress designed by Elie Saab. “I’ve loved Elie Saab for years and was thrilled to have him design my dress,” she told Vogue.

She drew inspiration for her dress from nature. So, of course, it looked perfect framed by the surrounding redwoods.

Swank and Schneider first started dating in 2016, six months after she called off her engagement with tennis player Ruben Torres.
