HBO’s “Big Little Lies” Is Looking For Local Extras When It Films In Monterrey

You could be an extra in HBO’s hit show, “Big Little Lies.” The show is returning to the Monterey Bay area to shoot season 2 and they’re looking for local extras! They’re looking for men and women of all ages, shapes and sizes to be extras in season two of the Emmy Award winning show. So, if you’re interested, HBO is holding an open casting call on Saturday March 17th from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Ballroom D at the Embassy Suites in Seaside. You’re being asked to bring a current 3 x 5 picture of yourself and a pen. If you land a role as an extra, HBO will pay you $96 for eight hours of work with overtime if necessary. And, you MUST be available to work the entire shoot, day or night.
All of the show’s original cast, including Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Shailene Woodley and more are expected to return. And, Meryl Streep will also join the cast.
