A gym owner in Michigan is making a statement about the gender pay gap by charging women two-thirds of the monthly fee it charges men. The gym charges women $20 a month and charges $30 a month to men. The gym owner describes himself as a person who “doesn’t like unfairness or injustice.” He decided to publish an ad in a local paper advertising the membership deal for women as a way to help raise awareness about pay inequality between men and women.
