Governor To Decide Whether Time Change Measure Goes On The Ballot
By Felicia Czochanski on June 22, 2018
We are a signature away from getting to vote on whether to keep the state on daylight saving time year round. The state senate voted 63-4 yesterday to put the measure on the November ballot, which now goes to the Governor who must decide if he will sign it. If it were to go to the ballot and be approved by voters, it would still need approval from the federal government to make daylight saving time permanent in the state.
