The long awaited finale of “Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back” featuring a downtown Sacramento restaurant airs tonight.

Ramsay attempts to overhaul Sandra Dee’s Bar-B-Que & Seafood with a new look, food and service. From what we’ve seen in the previews, things get pretty emotional. Sandra Dee’s, which has been open for 19 years at the corner of 15th and F streets is know for serving authentic Creole food.

“While Gordon Ramsay is there, he discovers the owner’s lack of discipline with her family members is negatively impacting the restaurant.  He also discovers that a lot of the food being served is coming from cans rather than being fresh,” according to Kitchen Nightmares Update.

Ultimately co-owner Sandra Dee Johnson rejected most of Ramsay’s suggestions – including the elimination of hot links and ribs from the menu. However she did keep some of the interior decoration upgrades.

I’m both excited – and a bit nervous – to watch. The episode airs tonight at 9 on FOX. Check out previews from tonight’s show below:
