With Christmas just weeks away, it’s about time for kids to start writing letter to Santa Claus. Now we know exactly were he lives. Instead of just addressing their carefully crafted letters vaguely to The North Pole, the USPS has revealed Santa’s address is:

123 Elf Road, North Pole, 88888

“Sharing Santa’s official mailing address will allow letters to reach the North Pole faster than in years past because with an actual street number and ZIP code, our machines can sort them – unlike being sorted by hand, which is how letters simply labeled Santa, North Pole, are handled,” Kim Frum, a spokeswoman for the Postal Service told USA Today.

This year, the USPS is bringing the holiday magic to kids in two ways. In the “Greetings from the North Pole Post Office” program, you can help your child receive a personalized letter from Santa. Additionally, the “Operation Santa” program helps bring a little extra magic to the holidays by fulfilling wish lists for needy children.

If your child hopes to get a letter back from Santa, the USPS recommends getting their letters in the mail by Dec. 7.
