Wow, who knew!? Veggies really are good for us! According to a new study, for every portion of vegetables you eat your stress levels lower by 5%! So, if you’re eating your five or six servings a day, you’re going to be A LOT less stressed! The effect is especially strong with green vegetables and seems to work a little better for women than men.
