Ettore’s Files For Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection

No!!! We just discovered Ettore’s, Dan specifically their hamburger and he won’t stop talking about it, how it’s the best burger EVER! We hope they can get this figured out!

Sacramento-based Caffe Ettore Inc. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection Tuesday, but plans to keep its production facility and two restaurants open.

There are two loactions in town. There is an Ettore’s Bakery & Café on Fair Oaks Blvd., and another on Sunrise Ave. in Roseville. Ettore’s also supplies cakes and baked goods to Nugget Markets across Northern California.

Ettore’s was started back in 1985.
