There’s an influx coming of electric scooters on the streets of Sacramento!
ABC10 reports, by the end of summer, there will be approximately 2,000 JUMP bikes and scooters in Sacramento. Currently there are 800.
How is this going to affect traffic?
This could make driving around Sacramento even more complicated. By law electric scooters must be on the street. They cannot be on the sidewalk. However, bikes are allowed on the sidewalk. City law also states e-scooter users must be 18 or older and have a driver’s license.
