Eddie Murphy‘s former mansion is definitely fit for a celebrity. The palatial Granite Bay estate is set to be auctioned off fully furnished including plush purple seating, a billiards table and exercise equipment.

The 2 1/2 acre property is perched above Folsom Lake in the exclusive Los Lagos subdivision. The 12,627-square-foot main home has 7 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a 10-car garage. Additionally, there is a detached 5,200-square-foot guest house with 3 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and its own 3-car garage.

Other features include a home theater, a 1,200-square-foot commercial quality gym, tennis and basketball courts, an arcade, home theater, elevator and infinity pool and spa.

DeCar Auctions International is auctioning off the estate.

It’s an absolute auction, “meaning the estate goes to the highest bidder no matter the price,” a news release said. The auction will be held October 27th at 9125 Vista De Lago Court at 11 a.m.

Murphy hasn’t lived in the home in over a decade, since his first wife Nicole Mitchell Murphy got the home is the divorce. The two were married for 12 years and have 5 children. Murphy sold the home in 2007 for $6.1 million. In 2014, it was listed for $12 million. In July the price dropped to $10 million. Still no takers, so to the auction block it goes.
