TAIPEI, TAIWAN – 2007/03/08: An office worker at a magazine publishing company takes her daily nap. Companies in Taiwan are encouraged to allow their employees to take a small sleep-break after lunch. The office or factory lights are dimmed and workers put their heads on their desks or their own pillows for a quick nap. Fifteen or twenty minutes later, the lights are turned back on, a bell chimes, and workers resume their work day, presumably refreshed and hopefully more productive.. TAKE A NAP!!!

According to Woman’s Day, a new study has found that taking an afternoon nap twice a week is good for your heart. Researchers found that people who napped once or twice a week, anywhere from 5 minutes to up to one hour, were almost 50 percent less likely to have a heart attack, stroke, or heart failure than those who never napped.

On that note, here are tips on HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY TAKE A NAP AT WORK
