A “Designing Women” Reboot Is In The Works

Stop me if you’ve heard this before… a reboot of FILL IN THE BLANK is in the works. Yeah. Another one. This time the creator of Designing Women is working on reboot of the show that ran for 7 seasons on CBS from 1986 to 1993. The show was set in Atlanta and revolved around four designers, Dixie Carter, Delta Burke, Annie Potts and Jean Smart along with Meshach Taylor. Dixie Carter died in 2010, and Meshach Taylor died in 2014, so it’s unclear whether the other stars might be involved or whether it will feature new characters.
