I’ve been a bachelor all of my life (hopefully that will change soon), and I’ve had to learn how to cook for the women in my life during Valentine’s Day. If you want to impress your Valentine, but want to keep it simple all at the same time, below are my top five favorite Valentine’s dinner recipes. I keep it simple: chicken, fish, steak, & tacos, & Italian inspired. So light up a couple candles, dim the lights, and get ready to dine-in at home.

1.
Pan-Fried Chicken With Lemony Roasted Broccoli

This pan-fried chicken dish is delicious, healthy, and easy to make — what more could you ask for in a romantic homemade meal?
