Dance Moms star Abby Lee Miller recently was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a form of cancer. She’s reportedly suing the prison she was detained in for denying medical attention.
A source close to the reality star told Radar Online:
“She complained for months in prison about the pain. The staff and teams there wouldn’t allow her medical treatment.”
The prison staff reportedly thought she was “being a drama queen” and “just wanted to get out of prison.” Abby Lee is consequently working on a massive lawsuit.

In addition, the 51-year-old is preparing for the worst by writing her will and planning her funeral. Another source said:
“Abby Lee’s deciding who gets what in her will. She made a few friends in prison and she’d like to reward them. It’s a very sad, scary time for [her]. She’s never felt so alone! Abby Lee’s trying to stay strong but she can’t get through the day without crying. She doesn’t seem to think there’s much hope.”
