The movie about the three Sacramento men who thwarted an attack on a Paris train will hit theaters February 9th, according to Variety.
Clint Eastwood is directing the film titled, “15:17 to Paris” about Alek Skarlatos, Spencer Stone and Anthony Sadler, who will all star in the movie as themselves.
The movie details how these three childhood friends from Sacramento were on a trip through Europe two years ago. They happened to be on a train from Amsterdam to Paris when they heard the sound of a rifle cocking in the train’s bathroom. All three tackled the man as he left the bathroom and were able to subdue him until police could arrive.
They are being hailed heroes for stopping the man who had an AKM assault rife, a pistol and 270 rounds of ammunition.
