Cinemark Bans Large Bags From Theaters In Sacramento

Beginning Thursday (2/22), Cinemark is banning all bags or packages larger than 12 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches from its theaters.

Beginning Thursday (2/22), Cinemark is banning all bags or packages larger than 12 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches from its theaters.

According to the company’s website,

“In an effort to enhance the safety and security of our guests and employees: Any bag or packages measuring larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″ will not be permitted into the theatre. Exceptions: Medical equipment bags and diaper bags.”

All bags are also subject to being searched upon entering. There are eight Cinemark theaters in the Sacramento area, including the new Century DOCO and XD, Century Arden 14 and XD, as well as locations in Folsom, Roseville and Rocklin.
