Cheese Challenge: Funny or Denigrating? | Amanda & Darik

The latest internet sensation includes parents throwing pieces of cheese at their baby’s faces. 

Darik says, “…there are aspects to the #cheesechallenge that are perverse, reprobative, and downright bizarre. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but it disturbs me a little.”

Amanda admits to doing something like this when her children were babies. “I gave them a lemon wedge to suck on and laughed when their faces puckered up shocked from how sour it was.” 

We decided to try it out ourselves.
