After leaving NCIS, Pauley Perrette posted on Twitter saying that she suffered “multiple assaults” while on the show.

She continued to write that she was forced into silence by a “very rich, very powerful publicity ‘machine.'”

CBS officially responded to her claims in a statement:

“Pauley Perrette has a terrific run on NCIS and we are all going to miss her. Over a year ago Pauley came to us with a workplace concern. We took the matter seriously and worked with her to find a resolution. We are committed to a safe work environment on all our shows.”

According to Radar Online, Pauley ultimately left the show after losing show runner Gary Glasberg, who died in his sleep in September 2016.
