This is exciting!! The Clydesdale are probably some of the most famous horses around and they’ll be making a stop in Folsom on Monday, December 4th in the city’s Historic District. You’ll be able to catch a glimpse of the beautiful animals  from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Judy Collinsworth, the Executive Director of the Folsom Historic District Association says, “We are really fortunate to have this rare opportunity for the Budweiser Clydesdales to visit Historic Folsom. They are beautiful animals and they put on an amazing presentation wherever they visit.” She added, “We’re encouraging everyone to come out for this event. It will make for a great evening to shop and dine in the district and see an American icon in action.”

According to Budweiser, the Clydesdales first appeared back in 1933, to celebrate the repeal of Prohibition.
