Last call could soon be 4 a.m. in Sacramento and other large cities in the state. Both the Senate and Assembly have passed the bill, which allows bars, nightclubs and restaurants to serve alcohol until 4 a.m. If signed by the Governor, last call will move from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. in Sacramento, San Francisco, Oakland, Los Angeles, Long Beach, West Hollywood, Palm Springs, Coachella and Cathedral City.
