A recent evaluation declared that Bill Cosby is a “sexually violent predator” following his multiple assault convictions. However, the disgraced comedian is not taking the ruling lightly, and he’s fighting it for being unconstitutional.

According to Radar Online, Cosby’s team hit back at the evaluation in new court documents. They read:

“The single board member who conducted the ‘assessment’ did not conduct any ‘hearing’ and considered and apparently credited largely irrelevant and improper information, apparently without fairly considering the propriety and credibility of the sources of the information relied upon, without any right to a fair hearing, and without confrontation of cross-examination.”

They went on to further ask the court to declare the ruling unconstitutional. However, perhaps the reason the evaluator found Cosby to be a “sexually violent predator” was due to his actions during the evaluation. An insider revealed to Radar that Cosby repeatedly cracked jokes while discussing the case. They explained:

“He wouldn’t speak about the assault. That’s one of the main factors behind their decision. He joked about everything!”

For those who don’t know, Bill Cosby was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault earlier this year. He will receive his sentence on Sept. 24th.
