‘My Big Fat Greek Wedding’ Actress Arrested For Shoplifting

The 77 year old, plays Touloa Portokalos’ mom in the 2002 film ‘My Big Fat Greek Wedding,’ as well as the sequel that was released last year.

Lainie Kazan, was arrested for allegedly shoplifting $180 worth of groceries.

The 77 year old, plays Touloa Portokalos’ mom in the 2002 film “My Big Fat Greek Wedding,” as well as the sequel that was released last year.

According to TMZ, Kazan was caught walking out of a grocery store without paying for $180 worth of food.

A store employee stopped the actress and called the police.

Kazan was arrested for petty theft, and was released without bail.
