Rumors are spreading that Beyoncé might be pregnant with her fourth child. A video of the singer giving a “hint” during one of her shows is circulating.

The video of the July 8 concert in Italy shows Bey rubbing her stomach with a smirk on her face, reports HollywoodLife. The Twitter user who posted the clip wrote: “Beyoncé is really pregnant again.. and she’s about to be a mother of 4 WOW.”

Fans point out that this mirrors how Beyoncé announced her first pregnancy back in 2011 at the MTV VMAs. At the time, she ended a performance by rubbing her belly with a huge grin on her face.
