During the Beer Mile, a runner finished in record time but unfortunately didn’t drink enough beer and ended up getting disqualified.

Corey Bellemore from Windsor, Canada had set the new world record last Saturday during the Beer Mile World Classic with a time of 4:24. Each race contestant is to drink four 12-oz beers before finishing the race. The reports indicated he had left 4.5 ounces of beer around the track which is a half-ounce more than allowed according to Fox News. This left Corey disqualified and having the second-place finisher, Dale Clutterbuck as the winner with a time of 4:47. Corey still holds the fastest time “Beer Mile” from 2017 with a time of 4:33.
