No doubt about it, filling up your tank lately is the most expensive it’s been in years. According to Gas Buddy, the average price of a gallon of gas in Sacramento is $4.32, but prices can vary A LOT, depending on where you go.

As of today, Sunday, October 3, the most expensive gas in the city Sunday registered at Chevron, at 705 Harbor Pointe Pl, where gas is $4.99 a gallon. The cheapest gas in town is at Snacks & Gas at 2199 El Camino Ave. As of 04:56 PM, Tuesday, they had regular gas listed at $3.85 per gallon.
