Long timeĀ The Voice judge Adam Levine may be stepping down from his role in the near future…

According to Radar Online, the Maroon 5 front man may leave the show to focus on his family.

Levine has been a host on the show since it began in 2011. However, his wife, model Behati Prinsloo, recently announced that she’s pregnant with their second child. Sources are saying that Prinsloo really wants Levine to spend more time with his family, and the easiest way to do that would be quitting the show.

The insider claimed:

“Behati is really putting a lot of pressure on him to quit and be more present in their kids’ lives.”

While there’s been no official word from Adam Levine himself, he has teased that he was leaving in the past. In a recent interview with Yahoo, he threw out some potential replacements for his seat, saying:

“Maybe I’ll let Bruno Mars in the door. We’ll see how many kids Justin Timberlake has, if he can handle another job. Maybe Justin can do it. And yeah, that’s pretty much it.”

Some fear that if Levine leaves, his fellow host Blake Shelton will also jump ship. The source spoke about the country singer as well, saying:

“If Adam leaves, Blake is going to follow because he has been over it for a while. Ever since Gwen [Stefani] left, Blake has been ready to go.”

We’ll just have to see what happens going forward. Head right here to learn more.
